Considering its location,and being a resort type property, very little leisure activities for guests to enjoy their time.

The staff at the restaurant don't know to keep commitments ! We were waiting 30 mins for the order that we had informed earlier to prepare some kichdi for the baby. While they accepted the order they inform after 30 mins that they don't have kichdi .. clear communication issues at the restaurant which the management should notice and take care of !

Dint feel the hospitality from staffs which we usually get from every other 5 star property. We after travelling hours of road trip...we were shocked to see we werent served welcome drink which we needed the most then to relax..others who also checked in were nicely enjoying their welcome drink!! Strange!! Beach restaurant has most of the dishes out of stock. On asking about details of the dish..they are not clear at explaining..which actually confused us and we ended up buying wrong dishes...

It has a lot of greenery and is quiet. The staff on the whole were pleasant and courteous. The quality of food was good and there is a good spread in the buffet.

I was celebrating my birthday day with my family. The front office had promised to decorate our room and in fact confirmed it on our arrival. But nothing was done. This didn’t make any difference to our enjoyment but expectations were not met. The safe in our room was not working and I complained about it , they promised to send someone to fix it but nothing was done. I think there is a slight shortage of staff. The service at the seafront restaurant was pretty slow. Can’t blame the waiters there as there appeared to be only 2-3 waiters attending to us. There was a party going on but that should have been taken into account when allotting staff. Many items on the menu were not available and some that were available were in short supply. I had booked our rooms in May but I was given a room facing the septic tanks. They had enough time to allot a room with a view to me. This was definitely disappointing.

Das Zimmer entsprach den Bildern und war komfortabel, leider war dies auch der einzige Punkt, der überzeugen konnte.

Das Personal war schon zu Beginn bei Checkin überfordert die Zimmer den vier Personen zuzuordnen und zeigte keinen strukturierten Ablauf. Kreditkartennummern, Visitenkarten und Namen wurden komplett durcheinander gebracht, an einem Schalten mit zwei Terminals, kümmerten sich zum Schluss sechs Personen um uns und es dauerte trotzdem knapp 15 Minuten, bis der CheckIn durch war. Das Bild setzte sich leider während des Frühstücks und der Abendessen fort. Es fehlt eindeutig ein strukturiertes und freundliches kundenorientiertes Auftreten (dies gilt für den Service im Restaurant und Frühstücksbereich). Leider kamen noch zwei Punkte hinzu, die sehr negativ aufgefallen sind. Zu einen wurden Vormittags die Grünbereiche mit Wasser für knapp eine Stunde gesprengt, die einen sehr starken Fäkaliengeruch mit sich brachten. Nachmittags wurde dann mit Pestiziden der komplette Wohnbereich und die Grünanlagen + Wege besprüht. Ein letzter Punkt ist der Strandbereich. Beim Verlassen des Hotels zum Strandbereich muss ein Zaun passiert werden, wie eine Art Pforte. Hier stehen direkt hinter dem Zaun Stände mit Verkäufern, die einen dazu bewegen wollen, kleine Sachen zu kaufen. Dies sollte vom Hotel überdacht werden, man kann hier nicht entspannen.

Sehr nettes und höfliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr bequemes Bett, direkte Strandlage, tropischer Garten, gepflegte Pool mit bequemen Liegen, konnte einen Zimmertausch problemlos durchführen.

Die Lage ist ok. Strandzugang und relativ schnell an den Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Niemals !!! Ein 5* Hotel!!! Wie kann ein dreijähriges Hotel dermaßen runterkommen? 95% der Gäste Inder. Auch diese Gäste waren nicht begeistert. Was schreibt Booking.com? Bademantel, Bügelvorrichtung, Bügeleisen? Hausschuhe, Bidet? Alles nicht vorhanden. Innerhalb 3 Stunden 3x angerufen, um Toilettenpapier zu bekommen.... Hausschuhe nie bekommen. Nach Bademantel habe ich erst gar nicht gefragt. Die Bettbezüge waren noch feucht, auf einem kleinen Tisch auf der Terrasse klebten verschiedene Säfte..., 2 Kleiderbügel etc.. Die Truthahn Unterkünfte im Garten verströmen einen penetranten Geruch. Die Poolanlage nicht sauber. Liegen mit Vögelkot voll und ein Handtuch zu bekommen, Glückssache. Das Frühstück war ok und dort gab man sich auch Mühe. Das Internet zu bedienen war sehr umständlich. Man sollte seinen Vornamen angeben. Musste zweimal zur Rezeption, mein Name war falsch geschrieben in das System eingegeben. Entschuldigung Fehlanzeige. Im Gegenteil. Das Personal an der Rezeption? Unfreundlich und nicht professionell. Beim Auschecken keine Frage, ob der Aufenthalt angenehm war. 5 Sterne? NIEMALS !!!
